Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, he now resides in New York City with his wife, Ruth.*

Menneisyyden rikokset palaavat kiusaamaan miestä, jolla on melkoiset ongelmat perheensä kanssa. Kaunis vaimo on kuollut ja lapset reagoivat erilailla. Tytär on ihan ok, vähän suree, mutta koettaa selvitä. Pojan kanssa välit taas ovat olleet ilmeisesti aina tulehtuneet. Aika paljon ängetty asiaa yksiin kansiin. On huonot isä-poikasuhteet, vaimon menetys, isoisän ihailu, paska lapsuus, kosto ja kidutukset. Vähempikin olisi ehkä riittänyt.

Kuvitus on väkivaltainen ja tunnelmaltaan synkkä. Ikävintä on se, että hahmojen iät eivät oikein osu yksiin kuvituksen kanssa. Monesti isäpappa näyttää 18-vuotiasta poikaansa vanhemmalta... Ei herkille.
