Pojat on poikia ja leikkivät kielletyllä paikalla. Ja siitäkös sitten soppa syntyykin. Seiji käy kaivossa ja ottaa sieltä mukaansa hedelmän. Ja siitä päivästä alkaen hän on joutunut väistelemään kuolemaa päivittäin. 10 vuotta myöhemmin tarjoutuu mahdollisuus päästä onnettomuudesta eroon ja Seiji tarttuu siihen. Kaikki vaikuttaisi olevan hyvin, mutta sitten tapahtuu onnettomuus, joka vie pojalta rakkaan ystävän. On kuitenkin keino saada tämä takaisin ja se taas tietää matkaa kuolleiden valtakuntaan. Jossa on kytemässä kapina. 

Vauhdikkaasti etenevä tarina, joka ei kauheasti pohjusta ihmissuhteita. Vastaan lappaa myös koko ajan uusia henkilöitä, joista ei oikein tiedä ovatko he tärkeitä vai eivät. Mukana on Seijin (tuo kovasti mieleen Bleashib Izigon) lisäksi ainakin paras kaveri Haru, Hermes, pari “muurahaissotilasta” ja alamaailman tuomaria. Sekä ennenaikaisesti kuollut laulaja idoli. Näiden kesken on jaettu roolit viihdyttäjästä ikävään pahikseen. Selvästi lisää on vielä tulossa. 

Kaikkiaan tarina toimii yllättävän hyvin. Se sopii nopeista käänteistä pitäville. Vähän pitää antaa anteeksi myyttien vääntelystä. Esimerkiksi siitä, miten Kerberos on esitetty…

Kuvitus on hyvää jälkeä. Manalan maisemat hienot ja ihmisten liikkeet voi aistia. Joissain kohdin on vähän kaulan nuolentaa, joten pientä varovaisuutta kannattaa pitää yllä.

Juuri kun näyttää siltä, että kaikki alkaisi mennä paremmin ja Sun Mun Fun -seikkailupuiston tilanne vakiintua, niin sittenhän siinä tietysti tulee vastaan uusia ongelmia. Kuten vaikka se, että kuolleet heräävät henkiin. Äkkiä pelissä on mukana arvaamaton ja omia etujaan ajava miekkonen, joka himoitsee nopeaa rikastumista ja juonii tietysti omiaan. Samaan aikaan myös laitteiden toimittaja sanelee tahtia varsin määräävään sävyyn. Onneksi monista tilanteista selviää hyvällä suunnittelulla ja matematiikalla. Tietysti myös tuurilla, sillä pakkohan ainakin yksi yllättävä ruumis on löydyttävä.

Outoja ja huvittavia tilanteita. Ja Henrillä todella on uskomaton tuuri. En välistä oikein voi uskoa, miten ikäviä ihmiset voivat olla toisilleen.

Pääkkönen lukee jälleen hyvin.

Nimittäin koulun urheilupäivään ja sen kilpailuihin. Tietty naapuri luokista löytyy myös super kauniit ja suositut tytöt, jotka haluavat haastaa Tsumikin. Mikä ekaluokkalaisten ryhmistä viekään voiton?

Onhan tässä myös jo jotain viitteitä siitä, että Tsumiki ja Yutaka voisivat vähän tykkäillä toisistaan. Sellaista söpöä punastelua ja muuta.

Miharu on vähän nössökän oloinen nuorukainen, joka epätoivoisesti tuntuu hakevan muiden hyväksyntää. Yleensä aina oman itsensä kustannuksella. Ja näimpä hän päätyy “pahantekijänä” mustan joulupukin listalle ja sitä kautta työllistetyksi tämän tehtaaseen jossa valmistetaan lahjat ilkeille lapsille. Poika tuskailee tilanteen kanssa ja esitellyt työtehtävät ovat toinen toistaan epäilyttävämpiä. Eikä pidä unohtaa varsin erikoisia työkavereita tai joulun taikaa, joka tuntuu tekevän mahdottomasta mahdollista. Löytääköhän Miharu lahjansa? 

Pidän paljon mustasta joulupukista. Hänessä on tyyliä. Myös Miharun työkaverit ovat kiinnostavan oloisia. Onneksi heistä oppii pikkuisen lisää. Itse Miharu taas on vähän “laimea” päähenkilö. Joissain kohdin jopa vähän ärsyttävä ja rasittava. En ymmärrä aina hänen moraaliaan ja ajatuksen kulkuaan. Ehkä häneen kasvaa vähitellen?

Kuvitus on nättiä jälkeä. Miharu ehkä vähän tylsän näköinen lättänöinen kampauksineen. Muissa tärkeissä hahmoissa ei ole valittamista.
