Olen melkoinen Coelho fani. Yllä luetelluista kirjoista taitavat olla lukematta vain kaksi ja nekin ovat hyllyssä odottamassa vuoroaan. Coelhon uudempia kirjoja olen sitten lukenut siitäkin edestä. Eikä siitä kuitenkaan ole kovin montaa vuotta, kun hänet ensi kertaa löysin.
En oikeastaan juuri koskaan lue elämänkertoja. Ne eivät oikein kiinnosta minua, mutta tähän kirjaan tartuin uteliaisuudesta ja pakko myöntää, että se kannatti. Kirjassa on sama miellyttävä tunnelma, kuin Coelhon omissa teoksissa. Siinä Arias on siis onnistunut todella hyvin. Haastatellun kirjailijan tunnistaa vastauksista ja ne avaavat kyllä hienosti maailmaa. Mitään kohu paljastuksia kirja ei kuitenkaan sisällä, vaan asiat käsitellään rauhallisesti, joskin tunteikkaasti.
Kiinnostava lukukokemus. Suositeltavaa luettavaa Coelho faneille, jotka haluavat tietää kirjailijasta ja hänen ajatusmaailmastaan enemmän. Tai sitten heille, joita kiinnostaa se, miksi tämä mies oikein on noussut sellaiseen suosioon, kuin missä hän nyt on.
