Nuori keiju elää salattua elämää prinsessan hovineitona. Keijuja kun pidetään vaarallisina ja jopa vihollisina. Tyttö päätyy melkoiseen tilanteeseen, kun prinsessan sulhasen järjestämissä turnajaisissa erään velhon luoma maaginen soturi tekee ensi esiintymisensä. Ja ehkäpä kiinnittää huomionsa neitoon. Neitoseen tuntuu mieltyvän myös velho. Lisäksi tulee vielä pari muuta ihmissuhdedraamaa. Joten hovin koukeroisista ihmissuhteista pääsee todella nauttimaan. Isommat kuviot jäävät vielä jokseenkin taustalle.
Kuvitus on melko söpöistä jälkeä. Mittasuhteet yms. eivät aina pidä paikkaansa ja toisinaan olentojen asennot ovat vähän kankeita. Kokonaisuus on kuitenkin ihan ok.
