Kiinnostavan oloinen sarjakuva, joka kärsii kuitenkin ehkä pienestä sekavuudesta. Lukija nimittäin nakataan suoraan keskelle tapahtumia. Maailmaa ja ihmisten eloa vaikeuttaa sairaus, joka tuntuu tekevän uhrinsa hulluiksi. Kaikki syyttävät Empty Mania. Mutta onko se henkilö vai ei, sitä ei varmuudella tiedetä.
