Voi Sandman Universumi sentään… Minä se vain en opi. Se maailma on kiehtova, mutta hirvittävän haastava ja monesti sekava. En tiedä, auttaisiko se, että lukisi kaikki sarjakuvat jonkinlaisessa järjestyksessä eikä yhtä sieltä ja toista täältä.

Lucifer on kiehtova sekoitus totta ja tarua. Mennyttä ja nykyistä. Ajat ja paikat sekoittuvat sarjakuvan sivuilla ja monet tapahtumat hämmentävät lukijaa. Kuin myös se, että ensimmäinen osa sarjakuvasta löytyy myös toisesta kirjasta: Books of magic. Volume 1, Moveable type. Ei sinällään yllättävää, samaan maailmaanhan molemmat sijoittuvat.

Kiintoisa tarina, jossa mukana pysyminen vaatii keskittymistä. Suurimman vaikutuksen minuun teki kuitenkin kuvitus. Se on upeaa jälkeä ja sarjakuvan värit vain lisäävät kuvien tehoa. Vaikeuksista huolimatta taidan edelleen jatkaa tähän universumiin sekaantumista. Ainakin toisinaan.
