Maailmaa kiinnostaa DMZ. Tai ainakin “vapaat vaalit”, jotka alueella aiotaan järjestää. Se vain, että ehdokkaat tuntuvat olevan ennalta valitut. Paitsi yksi. Matty päätyy keskelle vaaleja ja häntä käytetään kuten yleensäkin “kansan äänenä”. Mutta onko kaikki sittenkään niin yksinkertaista kuin voisi toivoa? Ei, sillä myös Mattyn isä ja äiti joutuvat mukaan politikointiin. Kumpikin omalla tavallaan…
Sarjakuva kuvaa vaalien järjestämistä epävakaissa oloissa. Minusta kuvaus on varsin uskottava.
Kuvitus on paikoitellen raaka. Ei herkille. Jaksan myös aina ihastua upeisiin maisemakuviin kaupungista.
