Albumi pitää sisällään kaksi tarinaa. Ensimmäisessä pohjoisesta pois lähteneet Thorgal ja Aaricia joutuvat kummalliseen maahan, joka etsii itselleen hallitsijaa. Toisessa he taas ovat asettuneet asumaan pieneen kylään, jossa kateus nostaa katsettaan ja saattaa kaksikon erilleen.
Tarinat ovat mukavia ja leppoisia. Itseäni hieman häiritsee sarjakuvien väliin jäävät “tyhjät tauot”. Eli ne osat, mitä ei kerrota. Kuvitus realistista jälkeä. Pidän kovasti yksityiskohdista.
