Nopeassa tahdissa etenevä seikkailu, jossa puoliorvoksi jäänyt tyttö törmää ystävälliseen karhuun. Tämä karhu ei ole kuitenkaan tavallinen karhu, vaan ilmeisesti muinaisen karhujumalan jälkeläinen. Joten kun ilkeämieliset käyvät pikku karhun kimppuun, alkaa isompi riehumaan. Pian on jopa suurkaupunki vaarassa!
Pidän siitä, miten tarinaan on otettu vanhoja myyttejä mukaan. Niitä olisi kuitenkin voinut avata vielä enemmän. Nyt vauhti on hirmuinen, miltei hengästyttävä. Henkilöhahmotkin jäävät vähän pintapuolisiksi vaikka heissä olisi aihetta vaikka miksi.
Lopussa tekijä vastailee muutamiin kysymyksiin esimerkiksi siitä, miten tulla kirjoittajaksi.
Kuvitus on hyvää jälkeä. Tässä ammutaan sen verran, etten kaikkein herkimmille suosittele. Metsästys voi olla veristä touhua.
