Seikkailu jatkuu siitä mihin edellisessä osassa jäätiin. Eli Declan on saamassa suuren ja massiivisen taikaperinnön vasta löydetyiltä keiju-sukulaisiltaan. Kuviota tulee sotkemaan Lasserin ilkeämmän puoleinen isoveli, jolla on selvästi pahat mielessä. Tarina etenee hypäyksittäin, poukkoilee sinne ja tänne ja pitää sisällään paljon huumoria ja tekijän sivuhuomautuksia. Rönsyjä tuntuu olevan välillä jopa vähän liikaakin...
Kuvitus on kivaa ja värikästä katseltavaa. Paljon yksityiskohtia.
