Myös tarina toimii. Tällä kertaa vaihdoksia on monia, sillä pitää pysyä useamman eri porukan perässä. Pitää katsoa miten Mila, Telsa, Helda, Driller (!) ja Bandit selviävät paetessaan Militaryä ja yrittäessään päästä pois planeetalta. Samalla pitää vahtia kuinka Motherille käy hänen omassa taistelussaan Sisarta vastaan. Ja vielä on eräs jännittävä kaksikko, joka on jälleen löytänyt toisensa…
