Tarina menee kahdella tasolla. Toisella seurataan Emilien hetkiä ja lähtöä perintö talosta. Näiden sivujen tausta on valkoinen. Mustalla taustalla taas on erotettu erään karkotetun tarina omasta maailmastaan tähän ihmisten maailmaan ja hänen etsintäretkensä kohti keinoa palata kotiin. Lopussa nämä kaksi tarinaa ja henkilöä kohtaavat. Tämä kahtiajako on ihan kiinnostava, mutta myös hivenen sekava. Tuli tunne, että osa tarinasta on jäänyt uupumaan. Oudohko yhdistelmä fantasiaa ja scifiä.
