Sarjakuva kertoo kolmesta kesästä, jotka nuori sarjakuvataiteilijaksi halajava poika työskentelee paperitehtaalla. Jokainen kesä on hieman erilainen työtehtävien osalta. Lisäksi sivuilla vilahtelee erilaisia työläisiä. Osa pysyy vuodesta toiseen, osa viivähtää vain hetken. Kyseessä on hienoja muistoja varsin erikoisesta kesätyöstä.
Sarjakuvan tyyli on rento. Se on simppeliä jälkeä mutta siinä on oma tenhonsa. Uskon sen johtuvan siitä, että mustan, harmaan ja valkoisen lisäksi värityksessä on käytetty tehokeinona oranssia oivaltavalla tavalla.
