Sarjan ensimmäinen osa esittelee lukijalle Courtneyn, joka muuttaa vanhempiensa kanssa vanhan sukulaisen taloon. Vanhemmille kelpaa ilmainen asunto ja he pyrkivät kovasti rikkaiden naapureiden piireihin. Courtneyllä taas on hieman ongelmia “sopeutua”. Hän kun on hieman erilainen kuin hänen uuden koulunsa rikkaat ipanat. Albumissa on muutama lyhyt seikkailu, joista jokainen kertoo siitä, miten ja millä tavalla (sekä millaisia onglemia) Courtney vähitellen alkaa sopeutumaan uuteen kotiinsa ja sen elämään.
Mukavaa huumoria. Sopivasti jännitystä ja yllätyksiä. Persoonallisia ja värikkäitä hahmoja. Sekä ihanasti kutkuttelevia salaisuuksia. Lisäksi kuvitus on mainiota jälkeä. Suosittelen lämpimästi niin nuorille kuin varttuneemmillekin lukijoille.
